Please be aware that arranging pallet deliveries by trucking companies is not only costly and time consuming, but also challenging in terms of booking available delivery slots, especially during the current market situation which is experiencing extremely high demand.
To reduce unnecessary additional trucking traffic, cost and delivery schedules, we are tightening our cancellation policy. We hope that this will encourage customers to consider more carefully before placing an order, and thus avoid requesting any cancellation.
