Shipping Policy

Shipping

Jingnoo energy we know that fast delivery is a key factor for our customers to compete in the market. We have always attached great importance to fast delivery, just like our quality control of lithium batteries. processes orders on a first-come, first-served basis. After payment is processed and your order is packaged, you will receive an email with tracking information for your shipment. Don’t see that email? Be sure to check your spam or junk folder!

Shipping Times

Freight Shipping
For in stock products, standard processing times are 3 - 5 business days. Estimated delivery times are based on carrier availability and national shipping lanes, these can vary anywhere between 7 - 15 business days.

Freight services are available via Jingnoo energy for large and oversized orders. Orders are processed in a first come, first served basis. Standard processing times vary based on product availability.

The US ships from the CA warehouse. EU countries are shipped from the German warehouse. No shipping on Saturday and Sunday, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.

Parcel Shipping
Estimated shipping times on single item, in-stock orders are 2 - 4 business days depending on position in the order queue. Actual delivery dates vary based on carrier.

Parcel shipping services offered by Jingnoo energy include: FedEx, DHL,UPS, Air or sea freight transport. If you have a different service you would like to request, please contact our shipping team at: customerservice@jingnoo.com.

Parcel Shipping
Jingnoo energy offers parcel shipping options to qualifying products. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. Once shipped, shipments cannot be rerouted. Please ensure all shipping information such as name, address, and phone number are correct prior to payment of your order!

cancellation policy

Cancellations and order changes are permitted to open, unshipped orders. Cancellations must be initiated with our Customer Support (customerservice@jingnoo.com)team during Jingnoo energy normal business hours (Monday - Friday 8am - 18pm CST).If your order has not been processed or packed.Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund after before delivery (3% for credit card users, 5% for PayPal users).  If items have been packaged but not yet shipped, a cancellation or order change may be permitted with a restocking fee of up to 15%. Once your order has been assigned a tracking number from our shipping department, we cannot make any changes to that order.

Jingnoo energy provides exchange orders, store credit, and refunds to original payment methods. Store Credits are provided to customer account and can be used immediately. Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of confirmation. You will receive a notification of the refund once processed. It will be an immediate process on the behalf of Jingnoo energy, although it can take your financial institution 3 - 15 business days to make the deposit into your account.

Solar Panels

Order Minimums:
After extensive research on transit damages and shipping practices we have discontinued palletizing shipments of less than 10 solar panels. We have found that the stability and overall success of delivery increase substantially at 10+ panel pallets. No pallets under 10 pieces will be allowed for purchase unless picking up in store (on select panels). When purchasing solar panels, we urge customers to purchase additional panels to ensure the safe delivery of the needed amount. Solar panels are made of glass and shipping companies are human-- please do not buy the exact amount of panels needed for your project in case of damages. Packaging:
Jingnoo energy packages solar panels to NMFC guidelines. When shipped Jingnoo energy carefully inspects and documents the packaging and overall condition of your order. All pallets are banded, strapped, and wrapped prior to leaving our warehouse to ensure safe delivery to you!

Receiving Solar Panels:
When checking out and selecting freight delivery for your order please note this is Curbside Delivery. This means that the freight carrier will deliver the pallet to your curbside, which is generally the end of your driveway. A driver will unload the pallet on a lift gate and set the pallet typically on your driveway. The freight carrier is not responsible for delivering the pallet up your driveway or onto your property in anyway. Please plan ahead!

You or the receiving party must inspect the order upon delivery for any damages. Undiscovered or concealed damages not noted on the delivery receipt must be reported within 24 hours to the freight carrier and Jingnoo energy. Any damages or issues with your order must be notated upon receival of your delivery.

Visible Damage: Any damages found during the delivery and the driver has been notified, an exception number has been provided and/or the damages are noted on the delivery receipt.
Concealed Damage: Any damages found after the delivery has occured and the driver is no longer on site. The damages are not noted on the delivery receipt. For any recourse, damages must be alerted to the carrier (phone located on the delivery receipt) and Jingnoo energy within 24 hours of delivery.

Best practice for Receiving Solar Panels:
- Take an image of your order in the truck with the Driver upon Arrival
- Take images of all 4 sides of your pallet
- Note any damages, rips, tears, or alters in packaging to your delivery driver
- Receive an exception number from the delivery driver
- Have the driver note the damage on your delivery receipt
- Call the number on your delivery receipt to report it to the terminal (immediately upon discovery)

Things to Look for Upon Delivery:
- Rips, tears, scuffing on the exterior packaging?
- Any crushed, damaged, or missing cones on the top of the solar panel pallet?
- Are all pallet feet intact?
- Dents or punctures through exterior packaging or under pallet?
- Unwrap the pallet and ensure no concealed damages to immediate exterior product

Processing and Estimated Delivery Times:
All Freight delivery dates are estimates, with no guarantees on delivery dates. Estimated transit times vary based on location and size of order. Standard transit is between 3 and 15 business days. Please note, Jingnoo energy is not responsible for delays due to carrier exceptions.

If at any point you would like an update on your estimated delivery date, feel free to send an email to our customerservice team at customerservice@jingnoo.com or reach out to the carrier assigned to your order. Just reference your tracking number and they can provide real time updates on the spot!

You or the receiving party must inspect the order upon delivery for any damages or shortages. Undiscovered or concealed damages not noted on the delivery receipt must be reported within 24 hours to the freight carrier and Jingnoo energy. When shipped Jingnoo energy carefully inspects and documents the packaging and overall condition of your order. All pallets are banded, strapped, and wrapped prior to leaving our warehouse to ensure safe delivery to you!

It is your responsibility to document and notify the delivering carrier and Jingnoo energy of any possible damages upon receipt. After acceptance of your shipment, you have legally released the freight carrier of any liability of damage. Any damages not notated within 24 hours of delivery and do not have a delivery receipt with documentation may be denied.

Best practice for Receiving Damaged Solar Panels:
- Note any damages, rips, tears, or alters in packaging to your delivery driver
- Receive an exception number from the delivery driver
- Call the number on your delivery receipt to report it to the terminal (immediately upon discovery)
- Call Signature Solar

If you receive damaged goods, it is always best to take possession of delivery vs. refusing and having it shipped back to us. This could cause MORE damage to items as well as taking a risk that the product may or may not be in stock to replace your refused shipment at time of delivery/refusal. Refused shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.

If you have damaged goods and have noted damages upon receipt, Jingnoo energy will provide you with a full store credit of the damaged product and the prorated shipping costs or a full refund of the original payment method the value of the damaged product.

Due to shipping concerns, jinenoo energy will only replace damages of four or more solar panels, please order accordingly! We ask that you do not order the EXACT number of solar panels needed for your project.

International Shipping

Parcel International Shipping
When requesting international shipping with an applicable parcel good, Jingnoo energy can provide international shipping options through FedEx and UPS. All shipping is initially quoted Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any duties, fees, taxes, or customs will be covered by you, the receiving party. If you have more questions regarding your specific duties/customs, reach out to your appropriate customs agency for more information.

Not all goods are available for International Parcel shipping as it is restricted by size and commodity type. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to our shipping department via email: freight@jingnoo.com

Freight International Shipping
Jingnoo energy has the ability to ship internationally, but we need to ensure that all brokerage and customs fees are billed in your initial quote. You must request to have a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) quote provided. We have the ability to request international quotes for any orders that do not include hazmat batteries. This typically has a 24-48 hour turnaround for quoting. Please note, that any additional duties, fees, or customs will be covered by you, the receiving party. If you do not request a DDP quote, we assume you will be covering all duties, customs, and fees.

For the majority of our international customers, we ship to the stateside freight forwarder of their choice. Typically is the cheaper and quicker option for our customers.

The shipping to a freight forwarder process starts with our shipping specialists building a shipping quote to your chosen forwarder's address. Once your order is confirmed and paid for, our warehouse begins picking, packing, and documenting your order for transit. After the courier delivers to your freight forwarder, your forwarder will then inspect and document the order upon receipt. After the receipt of your order, the freight forwarder signs the delivery documentation acting as the liable and responsible party for your goods.

Jingnoo energy shipping role is complete and the forwarder takes care of the rest! Jingnoo energy will treat your forwarder as the responsible party of your order and sign all liability over to them on your behalf of you.

Please Note, Due to changes in international shipping regulations, the freight forwarder you choose must be able to re-pallet, re-box, and re-label your order with the correct paperwork to meet your specific Country's rules and regulations
